    Biothane Leash Lifetime Warranty Agreement
    This Biothane Leash Lifetime Warranty Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for the coverage of a Biothane Leash under warranty. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the leash and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity.


    Coverage:

    • Damage: This warranty covers any damages to the Biothane Leash under normal and intended use.
    • Theft: In the case of theft, a police report must be filed, and the theft will be covered under this warranty.
    • Broken Hardware: If any hardware components of the leash break under regular use, they will be replaced or repaired under this warranty.
    • Lost Chicago Screws: If any Chicago screws are lost during use, they will be replaced under this warranty.
    • Dog Chewed: Damage caused by dog chewing will be covered under this warranty.

  • Terms & Conditions

    To take advantage of this warranty, the original leash must be returned to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will either repair or replace the leash, depending on the circumstances

    Exclusions:
       •This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or any alterations made to the leash.
       •To claim warranty service, please contact our customer support team and provide proof of purchase. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to return the original leash. Please note that shipping costs for returning the leash are the responsibility of the customer.
