Collar Warranty

This Biothane Collar Lifetime Warranty Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for the coverage provided by the Biothane Collar Lifetime Warranty. Please read this Agreement carefully before making a claim.
Coverage:

1. Damage: The Biothane Collar Lifetime Warranty covers any damage incurred during normal use.
2. Theft: In the event of a theft, coverage is provided with a valid police report.
3. Broken Hardware: The Warranty provides coverage for any broken hardware.
4. Lost Chicago Screws: Lost Chicago screws will be replaced under the Warranty.
5. Dog Chewed: If your collar is damaged due to your dog chewing on it, coverage is not provided.
   Return of Original Collar:
   To make a claim under the Biothane Collar Lifetime Warranty, the return of the original collar is required. This enables us to assess the damage and provide a suitable replacement.

1. This Warranty is valid for the lifetime of the collar.
2. The Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
3. Any modifications made to the collar may void the Warranty.
4. Coverage is subject to approval by our customer service team.
   By purchasing a Biothane collar and accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and understand the coverage and terms outlined above. To file a claim, please contact our customer service team and provide the necessary documentation as outlined in this Agreement.
   Note: Please retain a copy of this Agreement for your records.
